He is a nervous boy who is scared of the world around him and will need an understanding and patient home to give him the chance to settle and learn to trust humans and accept affection. Mitch loves nothing more than laying in the sun or sitting toasty by the fire on winter nights. Due to Mitch's nervous disposition, he would prefer a quiet, adult only home. 😊 Mitch would benefit from living with a calm and confident dog that he can learn from and allow him to blossom. Slow and sensible introductions should be adhered to 🐕 Mitch cannot live with cats 🐱 Mitch has previously accepted a collar however is very frightened of a lead and therefore has not been able to go for walks. He will need a secure garden to roam in until he has gained his confidence. 🐾 Fostering a rescue dog is not something to take on lightly, they need full commitment and a lot of work and patience to allow them to blossom. There may be many challenges to overcome so please ensure full dedication before applying. Mitch is toilet trained however can sometimes have accidents. He sleeps well over night. Mitch no longer uses a crate. Mitch has previously been left for long periods with no issues. Mitch is not up to date with vaccinations due to his fears, this will need to be restarted in his new home once he is confident enough, this will be covered by the rescue.
