Meet Joy, an affectionate, playful puppy who is looking for a patient, loving person to call her own. We found her at a local park, and it's clear she’s been through a lot. She comes from an abusive home, but despite her past, she has a heart full of love and a desire for stability. At one year,(we think) she is a sweet dog who would thrive in a one-person home where she can feel safe and secure. She enjoys being by your side, whether it’s cuddling up on the couch or going for a walk. She’s well-behaved and has a sweet, loyal nature. Due to her past she would do best in a home without other pets or young children. She needs a patient and understanding owner who can offer her the time and attention she deserves.
