About this pet
Toby is a chihuahua mix. we got him 3 years ago but just recently had a baby and he is not good with our baby. Toby is extremely loyal to his house / family. he does not like strangers / other dogs. he takes a while to warm up. he did not want to leave his previous owners but warmed up to us in about a day. He needs lots of love and attention.
