About this pet

Our wonderful Em is our little phoenix. During her initial days at the Hopeland shelter, she was a cause for concern as she was quite thin and had little interest in eating. Thanks to the dedicated volunteers on site, who used a variety of tricks to encourage her to eat, sweet Em rediscovered her appetite and became more lively with each passing day. Now, she eagerly stands at the gate, jumping with joy when the food bowl arrives. She not only looks significantly healthier but has grown into a delightful, cheerful young dog. Em frolics in the spacious play area with her siblings and happily accepts cuddles from the volunteers. She loves people, is very social, and doesn't let anyone take advantage of her.
