About this pet

“Girlie” is a beautiful, affectionate pup who wants nothing more than to be by your side 24/7. She was dropped off at my firehouse in LB, and it was love at first sight. Animal control confirmed she wasn’t chipped, and despite extensive posts across social media, no owner came forward. Rather than leave her future uncertain, I’m committed to finding her a loving, permanent home. Girlie has been an outdoor dog with us and is well-tempered, gentle with our baby, and does great with our other dog. She’s still young and needs some training—especially learning that dog beds are not stuffed toys—but otherwise she’s not destructive. She can get worked up around unfamiliar dogs and just needs time, guidance, and consistency. She is not yet vaccinated or spayed, but we are actively working on getting her vaccines started.
