About this pet

We have a gerbil currently available for rehoming in the Tampa area. Gerbils are highly social, active, and curious rodents that thrive when kept in pairs or small groups. They are known for their energetic personalities and love for digging, burrowing, and running on exercise wheels. Potential owners should be prepared to provide a spacious enclosure with plenty of bedding material to accommodate their natural burrowing behaviors, along with a balanced diet of high-quality rodent pellets and fresh water. As they are quick and agile, they require gentle handling and a secure environment. We are looking for a dedicated owner who can provide a safe, stimulating home and the necessary daily care for this pet. Please ensure you have the appropriate setup ready before inquiring. We encourage responsible rehoming and are happy to answer any questions regarding their general care needs.
