About this pet

This is Farris, I took him in around march-April. he was tied to the staircase on a short leash and was abused daily and starved(middle picture) at the time all I wanted to do was get him out of the situation and make him healthy again but I didn’t/don’t have room for him we’ve made it work but I have 2 other pit bulls(and 2 toddlers) and they like to **** heads every once in a while. Some things that you should know before you decide to take Farris is he isn’t house broken all the way I’ve been trying to keep on top of it but like is said before I already have a full house and now that he’s doing better I wanna find him his home. He’s is about 2-3 years old but thinks he is 6months, he is extremely happy and hyper which is a total 360 from when we got him. He has separation anxiety and he will need a cage(I don’t have an xtra one) unless you want him to rip your house apart. He is good with my 2 children but again he’s hyper and loves to jump and give kisses and he forgets he’s a big dog. He loves to chew on sports ***** and soda bottles! He is still extremely skiddish and if you make a fast move near him he will shrink in a ball and get scared. When he first came here he did a lot of growling and he did nip at me once but after a couple days he stopped and he’s never done it again. His **** has a orange stain from being tied up and having to sleep in his own ***** I’ve given him 2 baths since it’s warmed up and it’s still stained. He really is a awesome dog and if I could keep him I would, message me with any other questions or concerns. I’m not sure if he’s ever had any vaccines, his nails have never been clipped either I was gonna take him to a groomer but money is extremely tight and I can’t afford it and I don’t want to risk him biting me .
