About this pet

Walter is a sweet, cuddly, and well-mannered 3-year-old French Bulldog who is looking for a patient and loving home. He is potty-trained, crate-trained, doesn’t chew on things, and has a calm demeanor. He loves to snuggle and has so much potential to be a wonderful companion! Walter’s past hasn’t been easy—he was nearly euthanized after being surrendered to a shelter for allegedly biting his owners while they tried to put a sweater on him. Thankfully, he was rescued, and I stepped in to foster him. Over the past four months, I’ve seen firsthand what a loving and affectionate dog he truly is. He is not an aggressive dog, but he can be reactive when scared, particularly with things like nail trims and harnesses. Unfortunately, he had a bad experience that made him fearful, but with patience and the right training, I know he will thrive.
