About this pet

Meet Scrappy doo! Scrappy doo is a very anxious boy, but he will be content with the right people who love him and support him! in his free time, he enjoys playing fetch and getting his zoomies out in the yard, playing with his squeaker toys, cuddling up next to his humans, and going for long car rides for pup cups or a park trip. He has a difficult time with people coming to his home. We have a procedure where we put him in the kitchen with the gates closed when strangers come to the home. once he is calm, the visitors can say hello to him. he has bitten someone who came to the front door when he was not crated (out of fear). He is able to play with his cousin (a shepherd husky mix), but he does have a difficult time socializing with other dogs because he does not know how to greet them appropriately. He is currently on fluoxetine to treat his anxiety. Sadly, we are unable to keep our boy due to our current living situation.
