About this pet

Sage is a 2-year-old pup (born May 12, ***) that I adopted from the Humane Society in Kentucky when I was working from home full time. She’s been such a bright and loving companion — incredibly sweet, social, and full of energy. Sage loves being around people and other dogs, going for walks, and being part of whatever’s going on. Her breed is naturally very active and social, so she thrives when she has plenty of attention, consistency, and opportunities to play or explore. Unfortunately, my lifestyle has changed a lot since I adopted her. Between work, grad school, and moving to a busier city, I no longer have the time or routine that allows me to give her what she truly needs to thrive. I’m hoping to find her a new home with a family — ideally one with a yard and possibly other dogs — where she can get the engagement and structure she deserves. She’s an amazing dog, and I just want her to have the best life possible.
