About this pet

We adopted Dexter. He was found on the side of the road with a broken paw and heart worms. Since then he’s been diagnosed with two detached retinas and is going blind. With his tragic past and loss of eye sight he’s become very jumpy and is starting to become aggressive with our son and other dog. Dexter is a sweet dog that just needs a quiet and loving home. Throughout the day he is never more than 5 feet away from us. He is the perfect companion for someone who is looking for company or in need of an emotional support animal.
