About this pet

The vet estimated that Peaches is about 1 year old. We will ask questions of potential adopters to make sure Peaches gets the loving home she deserves. Peaches decided she lived on my porch about 5 weeks ago. When she first arrived, she was skinny, covered in fleas, and desperate for affection. I fed and watered her and gave her a flea bath. She has proven to be one of the sweetest cats I have ever met. Peaches is a cat that melts when you pick her up. That’s not to say that she can’t hold her own. She has managed to put our two giant, obnoxious dogs in their place. Peaches really seems to love other cats. The only issue has been that my own, elderly cat, Tarra, hates all other cats. Unfortunately, Tarra is 12 and is very set in her ways. Peaches tried her best to befriend Tarra, but Tarra hissed and scared Peaches. Now, we can’t let Tarra and Peaches be in the same room. I do know Peaches has some local stray friends, so I know she is usually friendly with other cats. Peaches is spayed, up-to-date on vaccine, and ready for a forever home.
