About this pet

3 year old neutered male. Around 40 lbs. He is my daughter’s dog. She got him when she was 10 yrs old and he is her baby. He sleeps with her and has always been loved! He is kennel, leash and house trained. Super smart, loves humans. He has been raised with livestock and bonds with them. After 3 years together with no problems - he and our older lab have started fighting. Seems to be dominance issue- initially triggered when my daughter present and he is very protective of her. He is fine with our other two dogs, but because of this I cannot recommend him to a home with other dogs. He does get aggressive with dogs who come on our property and would be excellent to protect a sheep or goat herd. He does get car sick so not a good traveler. He is super sweet, protective of and loves humans, raised around tons of children. Would make a great working or ranch dog. 1/2 Australian Shepherd 1/2 Jagd Terrier.
