About this pet

Hello neighbors, I need to surrender my budgie, Gabriel, immediately to someone who can provide the urgent medical attention he desperately needs. I am unable to afford treatment, and I have no way of knowing how much more time he has. Gabriel is a one-year-old male budgie. I woke up today to find him acting lethargic and noticed a buildup of droppings, which has me very concerned for his health. He needs someone who has experience with budgies and access to proper veterinary care. If you are able to help or know a rescue/foster who can take him immediately, please message me as soon as possible. Any help, advice, or referrals are deeply appreciated.
