About this pet

Shadow is a 12-year-old, 45-lb shepherd mix who needs a calm, loving home to enjoy his senior years. He was my dad’s dog, and after my dad passed away last year, my mom recently had to move into a retirement community in Vero Beach where she cannot keep him. Shadow has been a loyal companion his whole life and deserves a stable, caring home rather than a shelter. Shadow is: • House trained • Good with other dogs • Good with the children he has been around • Up to date on all vaccinations • Recently had a good veterinary checkup • Healthy with no major medical needs • Gentle, calm, and very loyal He enjoys walks, being near his people, and relaxing in a comfortable home.
