About this pet

All of Hal’s vac records are up to date. He is approx 1.3 yo. He is the an outdoor dog that I rescued when he was 3 mos old. We planned on fostering him until he was ready to rehomed. He needs to be neutered and will contribute $200 towards his vet bill if new owners desire. Hal has spent most his life outdoors so he needs some trading to be inside. He loves everybody and everything!
