I have the cutest veiled chameleon for sale. I’d like to think it’s a female because they are no spurs. The reason I am selling is because I am moving, and there is no way that I can take her unfortunately. I know how people like to question prices, but I can make it simple on why things cost what they cost. Price breakdown on why it’s $300: The cost of the chameleon: $99 Chameleon Cage: $120 Infared 100 Watt Reptile bulb $17 UV light heat lamp combo $25 Moonlight night Reptile bulb $9 Night heat lamp holder $13 Water fountain with water filter (electricity powered) :$30 Coconut substrate $15 Chameleon feeder: $30 Chameleon safe plant: $4 Live cricket feeder cage: $5 Misting spray bottle for chameleon hydration $5 Small tree stump perch $5 Chameleon Flukers reptile vine $8(needed because any other kind they can’t grab on to and they could fall) = Total cost $410 all new items from Petco (You save $110) Care: To feed her you can expect to pay: $1 every 3 days for 10 medium crickets, around $10 a week for mealworms. She is able to eat fresh kale and blueberries which are maybe $5. Very affordable. She needs to be misted 1x a day minimum with non chlorinated water. You will need to clean the cage daily, replace the substrate 1x a week.
