Dallas is a 1 1/2 yo Pit mix adopted from the Dane County Humane Society. She is an incredibly loving and wonderful dog who brings so much joy to our home. Unfortunately, we discovered that she struggles with significant separation anxiety. Aside from her anxiety, Dallas is truly an amazing companion. She is fantastic with kids, dogs, and cats. She is very affectionate, loves to cuddle, and thrives on being close to her people. We’ve also started training her as a retriever for small game hunting, and she has shown enthusiasm. Dallas is still young, so she does have bursts of high energy, but she’s also able to match the energy of her environment. She would do best in a home where someone is around most of the time and can provide her with the support and consistency she needs. Her separation anxiety can cause her to become very distressed when left alone, which has resulted in accidents in the home or kennel. Dallas truly deserves a family who can give her the time and patience Mad WI
