Meet our sweet 6-year-old purebred Cocker Spaniel who is looking for a loving new home. She weighs about 23 pounds and is a very affectionate, gentle dog who has never shown aggression toward people. She loves being around her people, enjoys attention and cuddling, and thrives when she can be part of daily life with her family. She is a very smart dog and learns quickly. She already knows commands such as sit, stay, and “pray,” and responds well to attention and guidance. Due to changes in our family’s schedule and environment, we are no longer able to give her the consistent routine and supervision she needs. She tends to be a bit sassy with other dogs and prefers having her space and attention from her people. Because of that, we feel she would thrive most in a home without other pets. We care deeply about placing her in the right home. We would like to learn about the potential adopter’s home environment, schedule, and veterinary references to ensure she goes to a wonderful family.
