Sobre este animal

backa is almost 6 years. he has recently bitten my dad on the face while he was giving him a treat. he has never don’t this to my dad before. he is now not welcome in the family home and due to young nieces and nephews he cannot be around anyone anymore. he is a lovely dog and has a few issues with resource guarding and so the new owners would need to spend time looking after him and helping him through this. he has bitten another person last summer but no treats were involved in that. as of now we are having to live in a car while we search options. no charity is able to help due to being full already. unfortunately I was made redundant this year and so therefore are having to rely on family for somewhere to live and so I cannot live on my own right now as if I did I would not give him up at all. please if anyone can help in anyway let me know. as the next step tomorrow is contacting vets tbpd which would be such a shame but also understand if no one would want to risk having him. new owners would need to have plenty of space and know how to look after a border collie. no children or other pets is best to be sure and if visitors come he needs to be isolated until his behaviour is sorted, any more information or if anyone can give me some advise where I can take him as I can no longer look after him being in a car day and night is just a stress I’m trying to avoid for him,
